Please see the attached form that you are able to fill out for the After School / Expanded Learning Program for the 2025/26 school year. This is an interest form to state whether or not you are interested in enrolling your student in the program. If you are not interested, we would still appreciate a filled out form stating you are not interested. Thank you.
