Purpose of Use

Once submitted, you will receive the Pierce Joint Unified School District Request for Use of Facilities form via email.  You will be notified thereafter with any additional information the District may need in order to approve your request. Requests must be filed not less than ten (10) days before scheduled use of facility.  Site and District Office approval is required before application approval is complete.
